We have all the necessary licenses for our area, and we carry insurance for all of our projects. We are also bonded through the city of Joplin.

Some larger construction projects require special licenses and certifications. We have trusted members of the landscaping community that we work with for those special cases.

We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area.

For each lawn drainage and water management project we tackle, we start by carefully surveying your yard for problem areas and the natural flow of water. Then we create a unique solution to your property drainage issues.

When regrading a yard, some amount of excavation is required. At Ground Up Services, we use mini excavators and mini skid steers to move dirt as non-invasively as possible so that we do not alter the rest of your yard. We also offer sod laying so that the new water diversion features on your lawn can blend in as soon as possible.

At Ground Up Services, we offer foundation and basement waterproofing and repair, French drain installation, and water drainage solutions. Depending on the severity of your problems, we will be able to solve your water management issues with some combination of swales, berms, ditches, French drains, and poly membrane waterproofing.
