Ground Up was one of 3 landscapers I called & left messages. One never returned my call at all. Another called & politely explained they had a lot of work. Therefore he could not say when they might get to my yard-possibly months.Mr … More Sooter responded the same day by message I believe, then called me later. I explained my issue. He explained they too were busy, but he would make time after work to stop by within a week and look at my yard. He did. After talking with me, he said he would write up a proposal including an estimated date to do the work and an estimated cost. He emailed it to me.I believe he returned again to explain exactly his plan and the materials to be used before I gave my consent to begin work.The work began as scheduled and was promptly completed to my satisfaction. Mr Sooter agreed if there was still any problem after the work that he would return if needed.He was friendly, polite, prompt and professional. I would recommend his company to anyone in need of yard work.I will add that I am a recently remarried woman. This is my house, which I plan to sell. My husband was present for my meetings. Mr Sooter gave me the same respect & attention that he did my husband in the discussion. He made me comfortable asking any questions. That gives him an A+ in my book. Between Mr Sooter & my husband's knowledge, I felt very confident the job would be done properly. I was very impressed when they were finished about a couple of procedures that I didn't expect or possibly didn't catch when it was explained.Excellent Work!

I didn’t pick “Ground Up” just because they were the low bidder, (which, of course, didn’t hurt) but it was because of the detailed planning that went into the job. I had researched the best way to go about having the best possible results, even before Jeremiah presented his detailed proposal. He was “Spot On” exactly how it was recommended for the results needed. Jeremiah answered every question I had along the way, with patience and detailed answers that I could understand. Even after the job was completed, and paid for, he was prompt to respond to further questions and helpful hints. I would recommend his company wholeheartedly.
